OVERVIEW:

The Common Admission Test or CAT is a most popular national-level computer-based management entrance test. The test is conducted every year by one of the IIM’s on a rotational basis. The Indian Institue of Management uses this test to select students for their business administration programme. The CAT score is also used for the purpose of selection by more than 100 B-Schools across India.

ELIGIBILITY:

As per the eligibility norms cited by IIM’s, an aspirant must fulfill following parameters:

  •       The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks ( 45% for reserved category) in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  •       The duration of graduation programme is minimum 3 years.
