As of 4th March 2022, ATMA’s February session result has been announced. In addition to ATMA, the AIMS Test for Management Admission is also known as the AIMS Test for Management Admission. AIMS is the full name for the Association of India Management Schools.

A candidate who wishes to get admission into various management programs must take the ATMA examination, which will be available online. The ATMA Examination is conducted four times a year, and interested candidates can give this examination anytime during exam months.

Candidates can download the Score Card after Result Declaration. ATMA scorecard contains the details such as the candidate’s name, address, roll number, test date (date/month/year), etc.

As well as the scaled and percentile scores in Quantitative skills, Verbal skills, Analytical Reasoning, and the 800 scaled score, it also provides the overall percentile and the scaled score for Quantitative skills.

ATMA 2022: Application Form(Released), Exam Date(27 Feb)

ATMA 2022 will be conducted on February 27, 2022. The last date to fill the application form is February 20, 2022. Earlier, the last date of application was February 6. ATMA 2022 admit cards will be released on February 24, 2022. The exam will most likely be conducted in the computer-based test mode across various exam centres across the country and is subject to Covid-19 protocols.

ATMA 2022: Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates appearing for the ATMA exam must familiarise themselves with exam day guidelines to avoid any sort of difficulty on the day of the exam.

  • ATMA exam is generally held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The candidates need to reach the exam venue by 1:00 PM to complete identification and other processes
  • Candidates not carrying the admit card are not allowed to appear in the exam.
  • The candidates need to carry a printout of the ATMA admit card and a photo ID proof (original and photocopy)
  • Stationaries such as pen, pencil, eraser, pencil box, etc., are not allowed inside the examination centre
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry electronic gadgets such as a digital watch, mobile phone, calculator, etc.
  • Candidates not having the admit card or ID proof will not be allowed to appear for the exam

ATMA Exam Analysis 2021

ATMA exam analysis provides details regarding the overall and sectional difficulty, topic-wise distribution of questions, expected cutoff, etc. To get an idea of the difficulty level, candidates can have a look at the ATMA exam analysis below.

As per the feedback given by the applicants who appeared for ATMA 2021, the overall difficulty of questions was moderate to difficult. The Quantitative Skills section according to the ATMA exam analysis was the toughest among all the six sections. Many questions were asked from the topics such as Number Systems and Arithmetic. The difficulty level of questions in Verbal Skills was moderate. This section had questions from Grammar, Para Jumbles, and Correct Statement. Part 1 of Analytical Reasoning Skills had questions from Critical Reasoning, Statement Interference, Course of Action, Statement & Conclusion and Data Sufficiency. Questions in Part 2 of this section were from Strengthen or Weaken Argument, Coding-Decoding, etc. 

ATMA exam analysis 2021 (February) – Overall Difficulty

ATMA 2021 had three sections in the paper and each section was divided into two parts – I and II. Unlike the previous year’s question paper, this year, the order of the section was shuffled. The order of the sections was; Analytical Reasoning Part 1, Verbal Skills Part 1, Quantitative Skills Part 1, Analytical Reasoning Part 2, Verbal Skills Part 2, Quantitative Skills Part 2. Each question had four options. Each correct attempt carried one mark and each incorrect attempt carried 0.25 marks. The duration of the test was 180 minutes.

Step 1: ATMA application form 2022

Candidates can register online on the official website of AIMS and fill the ATMA 2022 application form. The application fee is INR 1,500 which is to be paid online through debit/credit card or net banking. While filling up the ATMA application form, candidates can select up to five institutes/colleges to send their scores for admission.

ATMA 2022 exam will be held in the computer-based test mode across 27 cities in India. Candidates need to select ATMA 2022 exam centres (usually the test cities) while filling the application form. 

Step 2: ATMA admit card 2022

ATMA admit cards will be released for the registered candidates three days before the exam. Candidates must download their admit cards and take a printout of the same before the exam, as it is a mandatory document. ATMA admit cards 2022 will be available online for downloading, till the exam day. 

Step 3: ATMA mock test 2022

ATMA mock test 2022 will likely be conducted two days before the exam day, to familiarize the candidates with the test guidelines. It was mandatory for the applicants to appear for the mock test which will be conducted between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 45 minutes. If the applicant does not appear for the mock test, he/she will not be permitted to appear for the actual exam. The mock test will be conducted to avoid any hassle during the exam day. 

Step 4: ATMA exam 2022

ATMA exam will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. The test will comprise 180 questions from Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative, and Verbal skills. Candidates get 180 minutes to solve the questions. 

Step 5: ATMA result 2022

ATMA results will be declared online on the official website. The test takers can check ATMA 2022 result and download the scorecard by entering their PID number and password. The scorecards will not be sent to any candidate by post. On the basis of marks scored, candidates can apply to the institute/college of their choice and participate in the further admission process of the participating college.

Q. What is the application fee for ATMA?

Ans. The application fee for ATMA is INR 1,500 including GST. There is a fee concession for candidates belonging to NE states and women candidates.

Q. Who conducts the ATMA 2022 exam?

Ans. The ATMA exam is conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). In 2021, the ATMA exam was conducted in the internet-based test mode across the country due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Q. Is there any age restriction for the candidates who appear for the ATMA exam?

Ans. No, there is no age restriction for the candidates who apply for the ATMA exam, however, they must fulfill the other eligibility criteria before appearing for the ATMA exam.

Ans. There is a set limit to upload a photograph and digital signatures in the ATMA registration form. The size of the file should be between 20 KB to 50 KB. The size of the scanned image should not be more than 50 KB. The dimensions of the signatures should be 140 X 60 Pixels.

Q. How many test cities can I choose while filling the ATMA application form?

Ans. Candidates can choose up to two test cities according to their preferences. But in 2021, the candidates were not required to choose test cities as the exam was conducted in the online proctored mode.

Q. Which documents are needed for uploading while filling the ATMA registration form?

Ans. Candidates need to upload their passport size photograph, digitally scanned signatures, caste certificate (if applicable), copies of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation mark sheets. Sponsored applicants are required to upload sponsoring certificates as per the format available on the ATMA website.

Q. Can I make corrections in the ATMA application form after submission?
