XLRI administers the XAT exam on behalf of XAMI. In India, XLRI has been providing management education for the past 70 years through the XAT examination.

A XAT exam is known as the Xavier Aptitude Test in its full form. Only the XAT 2022 exam score will be accepted for admission to XLRI's Delhi and Jamshedpur campuses.

XAT tests a candidate's verbal, quantitative, data interpretation, decision-making, and general knowledge skills. The computer-based test lasts three hours and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. XAT students must prepare effectively and implement an exam strategy to achieve good scores.

The official website of XLRI has announced the exam dates for XAT 2022. On January 2, 2022, the XAT will be held. The Xavier Aptitude Test is known as XAT. XAT is one of the top national-level management entrance exams of India administered by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programs. Since 1970, XAMI has entrusted XLRI with the administration of the XAT test. Furthermore, XAT scores are accepted by more than 700 colleges throughout India, including XLRI and the XAMI member institutes, making it one of the most well-known exams among MBA candidates.

A total of 150+ management institutes use XAT scores in their admissions process. This examination, which lasts three hours, is a prerequisite to applying to XLRI and its affiliate institutes. In addition to XLRI, applicants will have to apply separately to XAT Associate Institutes. There are four sections to the test: Verbal and Logical Ability (VA & LR), Decision Making (DM), Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation (QA & DI), and General Knowledge (GK). XAT 2022 won't have an Essay Writing section, which is the biggest change.
