Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth University was founded in 2003 in Pune, Maharashtra. At the undergraduate level, the institution provides B.Sc., P.B.B.Sc., B.P.T, B.Optometry, B.Tech, and B.B.A. At the postgraduate level, it provides M.Sc., M.P.T., M. Optometry, M.Tech. The candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree in the applicable subject to be eligible for M.Sc. Nursing, M.P.T., or M. Optometry. Candidates will be admitted based on the results of their separate Entrance Tests.
Furthermore, passing Class 12th or equivalent in the essential courses with 45 percent marks is required for admission to the B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Medical Biotechnology programmes.
Candidates for M.Tech Integrated Biotechnology must have completed XII Std. or equivalent in PCB/Life Sciences with a minimum of 45 percent in PCB disciplines.
Candidates for admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology and MBA programmes must have completed a bachelor’s degree in a related/any subject. Candidates for admission to the M.Tech. programme will be shortlisted based on a valid score in the institute’s entrance exam.
MBA admissions will be given based on a valid CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA score and the subsequent GD/PI round.

MBA Eligibility Criteria 2020 at DY Patil University, Pune
Candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% in the aggregate. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA results will also be accepted for admission to DY Patil University’s management programme.
