Shortlisting Criteria: Candidates are shortlisted based on their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. Candidates with appropriate job experience will be given preference.
Final selection is based on academic performance, i.e. marks in graduation, class 10th, and class 12th. Extempore Speaking, Psychometric Test, Essay Writing, and Personal Interview performance

IMI New Delhi offers a doctoral program FPM & EFPM courses in various disciplines. Candidates should need to clear the UGC net entrance exam with CAT or GMAT entrance exam scorecard for taking admission in EFPM course. If candidates do not have valid CAT or GMAT scores then they need to appear for the IMI Internal Test conducted by IMI. IMI Delhi Admission 2022: Process
The following steps are covered in the IMI Delhi Admission process:
- Step 1. Candidates who submit an application online for admission into the PGDM and/or the PGDM (HRM) or (B&FS) PGDM (B&FS) can be selected by the CAT 2021 score or the GMAT score, along with their academic records. Candidates must also have taken and scored the minimum percentages for the section and overall in CAT 2021 or the GMAT to be eligible for the first stage of screening for admission at IMI Delhi.
- Step 2: Students selected for the shortlist will be invited to the final phase of the admissions process i.e. individual assessments which are scheduled to be conducted in February/March 2022, tentatively.
- Step 3. The final merit lists will be compiled with the names of chosen candidates for admission to IMI Delhi. Academic records from the past, performances during the individual assessment process as well as other qualitative factors such as the how much work experience they have had and extra-curricular activities form the main elements that determine the admission process. Final merit lists are constructed on the basis on these criteria.
