Students are required to maintain a minimum SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average) & CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point average) to get promoted to the next semester and qualify for a Degree/ Diploma.

Ans. Will I be promoted to the next semester if I fail in the previous semester? Yes. You can enroll yourself for the next semester even if you have failed in the previous semester. You can reappear in the failed exam during the next end.
Ans. There are no rejection criteria at Amity University.
Ans. Amity does not allow transfer between academic years. You can apply for Amity to Amity transfer in 3rd semester. While applying you need to give a valid reason why you need to change your Amity campus from Noida to Raipur. You also need to pay the fee difference.
Ans. Scoring a CGPA of 10 at Amity University, Noida is not tough but you need to follow certain rules and instructions to score well. Also, you have to keep your work up to date in every subject to get a 10 CGPA. The University follows a semester system program.
Ans. If a student does not have 75% of attendance, he/she will not be permitted to enroll as an advocate as per the Advocates Act, 1961. a student is short of attendance as per the University and the Bar Council norms he/she will be debarred in all subjects of that particular semester.
