The following details are for MBA in Greater Noida to MBA/PGDM First Year through Entrance Exam: Candidates with at least three years of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks (a 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
MBA in Greater Noida
The minimum eligibility criteria for direct MBA Greater Noida admission is a minimum of three years of undergraduate study from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or as may be notified from time to time by the AICTE/University/Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Attendance for MBA in Greater Noida
All lectures, tutorials, practicals, as well as other curricular and co-curricular activities at MBA in Greater Noida are required of all students. Regardless of whether the student is attending practicals, seminars, or special lectures, all classes must be attended. Attendance is required for 80% of an exam to be taken.
- A student’s attendance can be reduced by up to 25% for genuine medical reasons or other reasons beyond his or her control by the principal or director.
- The Head of the Institute / College may grant a student up to 15% relaxation in attendance, provided that he/she has been absent for reasons acceptable to the Head.
- Students who do not complete 60% of attendance or the class number for the semester will not be permitted to appear in the final semester examination. If a candidate fails to meet the overall average attendance requirements, he/she will be deemed unsuccessful and subject to a clause.
Curriculum Construction
- In total, the MBA / PGDM course will be divided into two semesters per year. Each year, the AICTE determines the number of 90-day semesters or teaching periods.
- Students must complete the MBA/PGDM program within four academic years from the date of their initial admission, failing which they must discontinue the program.
- Candidates who fail twice in their first year (whether because they were absent or failed to appear in the semester examinations) will not be allowed to continue their studies. In so far as a student wishes to continue for a third time in the first year, he may be permitted to do so under the terms and conditions determined by the University, but the maximum time allowed for completion of the course remains in clause.
- Before discontinuing a program temporarily and continuing later, students must first obtain permission from the University’s Registrar. The affected student must reapply in the same semester as when they stopped attending. However, the student must complete the program according to Section 6.2.
