In Maharashtra, the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) has announced the dates for the MH CET law 2022 examination for 3- and 5-year law programs. MH CET Law application forms for 5-year and 3-year LLB programs will be released on March 19 and March 24, respectively, in 2022. For the 5-year LLB program, the entrance exams will be held on 17 and 18 May, and for the 3-year LLB program, on 7 and 8 June 2022.

MH CET Law eligibility criteria 2022

3-year LLB

At least 45% of the candidate's marks must come from a recognized university graduation degree. Candidates in the SC/ST and OB categories must score at least 40% and 42%, respectively.

5-year LLB

Candidates must have passed their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with at least 45%. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum mark should be 40%. Candidates belonging to the OBC category need to score at least 42% in their qualifying examination. For the MH CET law, there is no age restriction. Participants in the qualifying exam should be at least 18 years old. Applicants for the entrance exam must also be at least 18 years old.
