Ans. MBA is an old version for those wishing to pursue management studies, a two-year diploma course PGDM, Post Graduate Diploma in Management sounds better. Generally, the PGDM course is far more industry-relevant and practical as far as the job market is concerned.
Ans. The first and basic difference between the two programs is that the MBA is a Degree program whereas a PGDM is a diploma program. A PGDM program is offered by AICTE recognized b-schools and standalone/autonomous b-schools, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), which do not come under the UGC.
Ans. Yes the college has almost all the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. The infrastructure of DRC is average, but DRC has the best hostel facilities.
Ans. In India, as well as overseas, both MBA and PGDM courses are regarded as having equal value when it comes to career prospects. Having a PG diploma instead of a degree is certainly not considered to be a drawback.
Ans. While PGDM is a diploma, PGP translates into Post Graduate Program and provides you with merely a certificate of completion. Such quick knowledge may not require the broader umbrella of PGDM. A PGP course from a top college is more than sufficient.
