The rooms are allotted on the basis of Twin sharing. The hostel has two types of rooms (AC/NON-AC) . The NON AC room fees per year is RS. 60,000 and AC room fees per year is RS.1 lakh. An additional amount of RS. 10,000 will have to be paid as hostel security fee (one time payment). The hostel fees includes laundry charges, electricity charges, water supply charges, Wifi charges, etc.

5. A small store within campus for basic needs and stationery.

8. Free morning and evening busses on Saturdays from campus to Panvel station and vice versa. (Only for hostellers).

9. A big lawn, Football ground, Basketball court, Badminton court, Cricket nets and other sports equipment is provided.

10. Inside the rooms, a study table with chair, cot, mattress, book shelf, cupboard, bulletin board will be provided. Pillow, with pillow cover, bedsheets and towel will also be given.

11. The bathrooms are fit with geysers and exhaust fans.

12. Weekly twice laundry service between (6pm and 8pm) (Mon & Thurs) drycleaners collect the clothes and safely return them on the subsequent laundry day.

The students are required to carry their own Bucket and mug for the bathroom if opted for hostel.
