The Application Form will be released through online mode only.
Candidates will be able to submit their application form from the month of March 2022.
Applying candidates must fill the application form very carefully as university will not provide any correction facility later for the application form.
The details filled by candidates in the application form must be correct and authentic, as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
Candidates must submit the application form before the 3rd week of July 2022, as no application form will be accepted after prescribed date.
Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

The Application fee can be submitted through both online as well as offline mode. Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Demand Draft facility for transaction of application fee.

GNIOT Eligibility Criteria
Following are the complete eligibility norms for GNIOT 2022 Admission
For B.Tech Courses
Qualification: Candidates must have passed or appearing at 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
Marks: UPSEE/UPCET qualified candidates must have scored at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST category candidates) to be eligible for admission.
For direct admission, candidates must have secured 50% marks (45% marks as SC/ ST category candidates) in their qualifying exam.
Subjects: Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination.
For B.Tech (Lateral Entry)
Qualification: Candidates must be the either three year diploma certificate or B.Sc. degree (Mathematics) holder from any recognized institution.
Marks: Applying candidates must have secured 45% marks (40% Marks for SC/ ST category candidates) to be eligible for admission.
Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in 2022 can also apply for admission.
For MBA Course
Qualification: Applying candidates must be the bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline from any recognized board.
Marks: Candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ ST category) in their qualifying examination.
For MCA Course
Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any required field from any recognized institution.
Marks: Candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ ST category) in their qualifying examination.
Subjects: Candidates must have Mathematics as mandatory subjects in their 12th exam.
For M.Tech Courses
Qualification: Candidates must be the Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering or equivalent from any recognized university.
Marks: Applying candidates must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ ST) in their qualifying examination.
Score Card: Candidates must have valid score card of GATE/ GPAT or UPCET.
GNIOT 2022 Admission Procedure
Greater Noida Institute of Technology Admission procedure will be regulated in various steps including Registration, Counselling and allotment of seats. Candidates will be shortlisted for the admission on the basis of their scores in the required National and State level entrance examination.
As the admission procedure will be regulated for only eligible candidates, so all applying candidates must confirm their eligibility before applying for the admission.
GNIOT 2022 Entrance Examination (UPSEE/UPCET)
As GNIOT University will not conduct any university level entrance examination for admission, so the majority of admission will be offered through a state level entrance examination called UPSEE/UPCET 2022.
UPCET formerly UPSEE is a state level entrance examination conducted by the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Through the UPSEE/UPCET exam, candidates will be shortlisted for admission in UG and PG courses of Engineering, pharmacy and management fields.
GNIOT 2022 Merit List
GNIOT Merit List will be prepared by the exam conducting authority on the basis of candidates scores in the required examination. Candidates will be able to access the complete merit list from the website of authority through online mode.
The merit list will be consisting of names of shortlisted candidates for the counselling procedure. Candidates will be called for the counselling /admission procedure on the basis of university level merit list.
GNIOT 2022 Counselling
The GNIOT counselling procedure will be conducted by the authority after few days from the declaration of merit list. The seats will be allotted to the candidates through the UPSEE/UPCET counselling procedure only.
Eligible candidates for the GNIOT Admission will have to participate in the counselling procedure of UPSEE/UPCET 2022. Interested candidates for admission in GNIOT will have to select GNIOT at the time of choice filling round. The final admission will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their rank in the merit list.
After allotment of seats through UPSEE 2022 counselling procedure, Candidates will have to report at the GNIOT with required documents including UPSEE Seat Allotment Letter. Candidates will also have to complete all the formalities within given time period for confirming their admission.
