The Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) administers the GMAT, also known as the Graduate Management Admission Test, which assesses a candidate’s verbal, analytical, and math skills for admission to some of the top MBA programs in the world.

If you change the date of the exam for more than 60 days prior to the date of the test, then you must pay $50.

The evolution of an idea in 1963 led to the creation of the Department of Management Studies. The idea that was initially a seed became a reality and IIT Delhi established an internal committee in 1974 to review the operation of the management section. Does IIM accept GMAT? IIMs accept GMAT scores for MBA admissions into their 1-year full-time MBA programs. However, for their 2-year PGP programs, Indian students are required to submit CAT scores.
GMAT Eligibility
In this regard, there is no established guidelines to meet for GMAT admission established by GMAC which is the body that conducts of GMAT for those who wish to take the GMAT test. GMAT Age Criteria

GMAT Exam Fees
The GMAT cost is $275. This would translate into INR 20,600 roughly. Additionally, if candidates want to change the test center or change the date of the test, they’ll be charged an extra fee. Students who do not appear for exam will have to pay the full GMAT examination costs.
GMAT Cancellation Fee
If you fail to cancel the test within 1-14 days of the date of the test, then it will cost $200, and $50 will be reimbursed. If you fail to cancel the test between 15 and 60 days before the scheduled date, then you’ll be charged $150 and $75 will be reimbursed. If you fail to postpone the test for more than 60 days before the date of the test, then you’ll be charged $150 and get $100 back as a refund. Furthermore, the appointment is not refundable or rescheduleable within 24 hours prior to the scheduled test and time.
GMAT Rescheduling Fee
If you have to reschedule your exam 1 to 14 days prior to the date of the test the test date, you will be required to pay $150 USD. Also, if you schedule the exam between 15 and 60 days before the time of the test, then you need to pay $100. If you change the date of the exam for more than 60 days prior to the date of the test, then you must pay $50.
GMAT Registration
According to GMAC according to GMAC, you can apply to take the GMAT entrance exam six months prior to GMAT’s Graduation Management Admission Test date, or at the latest 24 hours prior to the GMAT examination date of 2022, however, the exam slot isn’t available at the moment of last minute. So, it is recommended to reserve your preferred time slot in advance of the scheduled exam date.
