UPESMET Eligibility Criteria

UPESMET 2022(UPES Management Entrance Test) is an aptitude test conducted in online mode by the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, better known as UPES MET2022, for candidates seeking admission to the MBA programmes at UPES, Dehradun. The UPES MET 2022 is conducted multiple times a year. UPESMET 2022 exam is being conducted from January 28 to January 30 and the registration for the same closed on January 24, 2022. The exam is taking place in online mode. UPESMET 2022 selection process will be conducted from February 01 to February 04. The mode of the UPESMET2022 application form is also online. Aspirants were able to fill the online UPES MET 2022 application form from the UPESMET 2022 website, upes.ac.in. The application fee of Rs. 1350 had to be paid through credit/debit cards or net banking options.

Apart from the in-house exam MBA-UPESMET2022, the selection can be done through other national-level management entrance exam scores as well. The details are as follows

Students having a minimum MAT / CMAT score of 70 Percentile will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and will only be called for Group Discussion and Interview if qualified.
Valid 50 percentile and the above score of CAT 2021/ XAT 2022
A score of a minimum of 400 or above for GMAT, a score of 120 and above in NMAT 2021 scores will also be accepted.

Candidates should be graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent marks from a recognised University
Candidates must have passed Class 10th and Class 12th with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate

The login page appears on the screen
New applicants can register with UPES by clicking on the ‘Register Now with UPES’ button
Enter personal details, date of birth, nationality, course, mode of application, etc.

Step 2: Fee payment

Select the mode of payment between Paytm and PayU

UPESMET Eligibility Criteria 2022

The following are the eligibility criteria that have been set by the exam conducting authority.

In order to apply for the examination, candidates must ensure that they are eligible.
There will be no refunds given if the candidate is not eligible to apply or if he/she does so anyway.
At least 50% should be achieved on the 10+2 test.
A government-recognized university graduate with at least 50% in any subject is required.
Examinations such as the MAT, CMAT, XAT, NMAT, and GMAT can also be taken.
MAT/CMAT candidates are required to possess a 75 percentile, and CAT/XAT candidates should possess a 70 percentile.
