    FormsADDA provides guidance, counseling, and documentation support services for students applying under the Government of Jharkhand’s Guruji Student Credit Card (GSCC) Scheme. Our role is limited to assisting eligible students with understanding the scheme, preparing and organizing required documents, completing application procedures, and providing end-to-end guidance throughout the application process. FormsADDA is not a lending institution, bank, financial company, or government authority and does not sanction, approve, or disburse loans. Loan approval, eligibility verification, sanction amount, interest rate, and disbursement are solely determined by the concerned government authorities and financial institutions as per the prevailing GSCC guidelines. While we strive to provide accurate information and professional assistance, we do not guarantee loan approval. Applicants are responsible for submitting genuine and accurate information and documents. By availing our services, users acknowledge that FormsADDA acts only as a facilitation and support platform to help students of Jharkhand access educational loan benefits available under the GSCC Scheme, including loans up to the limits prescribed by the Government of Jharkhand at applicable interest rates, currently starting from 4% per annum as per scheme provisions.

FormsAdda is a guidance platform and does not guarantee admission into any college or university.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide genuine information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Do not misuse the platform
  • Do not upload illegal or harmful content
  • Comply with applicable laws

False information may lead to suspension of services.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

FormsAdda is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Payments

Where applicable:

  • Fees must be paid through approved payment methods.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, if applicable, will be charged separately.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased.

Application fees paid directly to colleges or universities are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Processing charges may be non-refundable.

7. OTP Verification

Users must use only their own mobile number.

Misuse of OTP services may result in suspension of the account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Design
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Software
  • Source Code

belongs to FormsAdda and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use bots or automated scraping tools
  • Distribute malware
  • Upload offensive or illegal content
  • Violate applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

FormsAdda is not responsible for:
